DADA VIBE — SALES TERMS Version 1.3 — 28 October 2026

Dada Vibe is a trading brand, not a separate legal entity.

PRODUCT AND CONTRACT Dada Vibe Connector is downloadable software, not a physical box. The current release is 1.0.2 for macOS 15 or later, Intel and Apple Silicon. A separate Logic Pro installation, a compatible local MCP assistant and macOS permissions are required. AI services and other software are not included. Tested workflows and requirements are described on the product page; compatibility is limited to the stated tested scope.

Before placing an order, review the product, requirements, license and final price in Payhip checkout. An order entails payment; the accepted order and payment confirmation establish the purchase. Keep the confirmation and the version of the terms supplied with it. Input errors can be corrected before submission; contact support for later corrections.

PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY The price is EUR 15 before applicable VAT. Checkout shows the final amount, including any applicable tax and discount, before payment. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. Payments are processed through the methods offered in Payhip checkout, including Stripe cards and eligible wallets or PayPal. Wallet availability varies by device. After successful payment, Payhip supplies a download page and emails its link. Contact support if the email or download is unavailable. No physical shipment is made.

LICENSE AND UPDATES One named user may use the purchased version on two Macs, including for commercial music creation. The full commercial license applies only to our original protected extensions; MIT and other third-party rights remain unchanged. All updates we release in the 1.x series are included free of charge, without a time limit or another purchase. No activation key is required. Use the original Payhip download link for the current 1.x files. If access fails or download credits run out, contact support with the order reference. The purchased version remains licensed. No release schedule or specific future feature is promised. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic billing. Mandatory conformity and necessary-update rights remain unaffected.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL CONTENT We do not offer a voluntary trial period or a general change-of-mind money-back guarantee. Consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right is lost when supply begins only if you have expressly consented beforehand to supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that beginning supply means losing your withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email.

Our checkout requests a separate, required and initially unchecked consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of this loss of withdrawal rights. Payhip records the response with the order and includes checkout question responses in the customer's email receipt. Mere acceptance of general terms or the fact that a product is digital does not alone remove withdrawal rights. Where the statutory conditions are not met, or supply has not begun, applicable withdrawal rights remain intact. If you do not want immediate supply, do not give that consent; contact us before purchase.

If you retain a statutory right to withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to info@dadavibe.com within the applicable period. The optional model below may be used. We refund amounts legally due, including applicable tax, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving a valid withdrawal, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Following a full refund, stop using and remove the proprietary Extensions; independent open-source rights are unaffected.

These rules do not exclude remedies for defective or undelivered software, or other mandatory rights. Rights promised in an earlier accepted order are not retrospectively reduced by this revision.

DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS The connector must conform to the agreed description, documentation, functionality and compatibility stated at purchase, and to applicable statutory conformity requirements, including security. Later changes to the website do not retrospectively reduce agreed product characteristics. A fault preventing an advertised function from working in a supported setup may be a defect. Disliking a musical result, changing one's mind, or requesting a feature that was not promised does not, by itself, establish a defect. A problem caused solely by an unsupported environment, missing permissions or a separate third-party service is not automatically a defect in the connector; the actual cause and our agreed obligations must be assessed. These examples do not exhaust or restrict statutory rights.

Report how the problem appears to info@dadavibe.com with the order reference, connector version and macOS/Logic/client versions where available. You do not have to identify the technical cause. Do not send credentials or private projects unless separately agreed. We acknowledge the complaint, assess the report, and explain the outcome.

Normally the first remedy is correction of a confirmed defect free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, unless correction is impossible or disproportionate under applicable law. A bug report does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Statutory rights to a proportionate price reduction or termination remain available where the legal conditions are met, including a serious defect, a defect that persists or recurs after attempted correction, refusal to remedy, or failure to remedy within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience. A serious defect may justify an immediate remedy without first waiting for a repair. Termination is generally unavailable for a minor defect, subject to mandatory law and the applicable burden of proof. We cannot require an unlimited series of repair attempts.

Digital-content complaints are handled within the reasonable period required by applicable law; we inform the customer of the outcome. This update offer does not limit statutory conformity or necessary-update rights.

LAW AND DISPUTES Czech law applies without removing mandatory protection available to a consumer in their country of residence. Consumers may seek out-of-court resolution from the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, https://adr.coi.gov.cz/ . Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Access to competent courts is unaffected.

PRIVACY AND CHANGES Contact and order data are used to fulfil purchases, provide support and meet legal duties. Payhip and the selected payment provider process checkout data under their privacy notices. Contact info@dadavibe.com for requests concerning your data. Future changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not reduce rights agreed in an existing purchase.
