Who is responsible

What we use and why
Orders: we use contact and billing information, product and payment status, consent records and related correspondence to fulfil purchases, deliver software, provide support and updates, and meet legal obligations. Required order fields are marked at checkout; without them we cannot fulfil the order. Full card details are entered with the payment service, not in our contact form.
Requests and support: we use your email, message and optional software details to reply and assess your request. The legal basis is contract performance or steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and improving the product. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Launch notification: only with your separate consent, we use your email for one product-availability announcement. A purchase or feature request does not automatically subscribe you to advertising. Withdraw consent at info@dadavibe.com; earlier lawful processing is unaffected.
Providers and international processing
Formspree, Inc. transmits website forms; submission archiving is disabled for both forms. The service still processes submissions for delivery and technical information for security and spam prevention. Messages are addressed to the info@dadavibe.com mailbox at ACTIVE 24. Earlier messages may have been delivered through FormSubmit and forwarded to Gmail. We may use Google for service-account administration.
Payhip provides checkout and downloads; Stripe or PayPal processes the selected payment. ACTIVE 24 and its hosting infrastructure host this website. Providers may be independent controllers for their own lawful purposes. Processing can take place outside the EEA, including the United States; we do not promise EU-only storage. Request information about applicable transfer safeguards at our contact email.
Retention
We review ordinary requests after resolution and normally delete or anonymise them within 12 months. We retain support and complaint records while handling them and thereafter only as needed for legal duties or claims. Order data is kept as needed for delivery, access and updates, then only to the extent required for tax, accounting and legal obligations. Payhip states that it retains digital-transaction records for VAT purposes for 10 years.
We remove contacts from the launch list after sending the notice or withdrawal; we may keep limited consent or withdrawal evidence to demonstrate proper handling and respect opt-outs. Providers may keep necessary operational logs and backups under their policies. A disabled submission archive does not mean zero processing or immediate deletion of all operational records.
Website, app and your AI assistant
The website stores your language choice in your browser as dada-language-mode. Website access and update checks involve ordinary network data such as an IP address. Logic and the connector run on your Mac, but tool outputs can be passed to the AI assistant you choose under its settings and terms. Local operation does not mean that no data reaches the AI provider.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent. We must keep some records by law. Email info@dadavibe.com; we verify identity only as necessary. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your competent local supervisory authority.
